The Consorcio del Jamón Serrano Español celebrates his 20 years of success in Paris
The Consorcio del Jamón Serrano Español, under the slogan “the occasion to celebrate with you 20 years of success”. The event takes place the 15 of June in Paris with a commemorative cocktail for our 20º anniversary where a hundred guests; importers, distributors, sales managers, chefs and authorities. We had the honour to count with an exceptional guest: Vicotria Abril, a very famous Spanish actress in France who delights all guests in participates at all performances.

The Consorcio del Jamón Serrano will participate in the fair Summer Fancy Food Show 2010 to be held from 27 to June 29, 2010, in New York.
This is the most important exhibition of gourmet products on the U.S. east coast.
France, 2010 Promotional Campaign

On June 1st has started the 2010 Promotional Campaign that the Consorcio del Jamón Serrano Español has designed for the French market with the aim of promoting the Jamón Serrano marketed under the Consorcio Serrano Seal of Approval.


Consorcio del Jamón Serrano Español is a voluntary association of producers that has gathered and brought together the most important companies in the Spanish meat sector since 1990, all of them committed to offering Quality and all of them leading companies when it comes to Jamón Serrano production and exportation. The aim is to produce an exclusive, high quality Jamón Serrano to be marketed around the world under the CONSORCIO SERRANO Seal of Approval.
One of the most important tasks of the Consorcio del Jamón Serrano Español is the International Promotion of the Consorcio Serrano Seal of Approval within international markets. From 1990, and thanks to a strong investment in publicity and promotion, Consorcio Serrano has become an international reference of genuine Jamón Serrano from Spain, present today in more than 60 countries.
ConsorcioSerrano ham closer to Japanese consumer: ConsorcioSerrano ham emerged as the protagonist, in the cities of Tokyo and Fukuoka, where seminars were held which focused its content on the idiosyncrasies of this product: from production, to the story that holds itself through its attractive qualities.
