The Consorcio Serrano Seal of Approval is an element that guarantees that our Consorcio Serrano Ham has been prepared in accordance with the demanding quality control standards established by Consorcio del Jamón Serrano Español, at the same time having to be approved by the quality control standards established for this purpose.

This Quality Seal can be found in all the marketing presentations as follows:

1. On whole pieces, heat sealed.

2. Sliced Ham with the Consorcio Serrano logo.

3. Or with the number control label.

Only a limited production of Jamón Serrano from Spain obtains the Consorcio Serrano Seal of Approval.
